Edition 2025 - pre-rehabilitation
The 6th Amputation Forum took place on October 24–25, 2025, at the Q Hotel Plus Kraków.
The first day of the event was a free scientific and training conference devoted to issues related to prerehabilitation – preparing patients for amputation and functioning after the procedure. The program included lectures from specialists, discussions, and exchange of experiences between representatives of various fields involved in the care of amputees.
On the second day, participants participated in a full-day practical training led by Cosi Belloso, an expert specializing in working with amputees. The training provided an opportunity to deepen their knowledge and learn about the practical aspects of therapy and rehabilitation for amputees.
The 6th Amputation Forum brought together physicians, physiotherapists, nurses, psychologists, prosthetists, and other specialists involved in the care of amputees. The event created a space for exchanging experiences, expanding knowledge, and discussing the challenges and opportunities of contemporary rehabilitation.
